of our business. A candidate rests assured that our discussions will go no further
until CHA and the candidate agree that an opportunity is right for them. Our clients
know that their confidential business information is safe. The client's identity
is not revealed until CHA determines that potential candidates are ready, willing
and able to fill the position.
Empathy: We
believe that without a deep understanding of all parties in the recruiting equation,
efforts to make matches come to naught. It may be possible to simply match keywords
in resumes and job descriptions, or to try to convince candidates that North Bumhump
is really a good place to live when they love Florida, but we don't think that's
the way to do business. We take the time to listen, to probe, to understand what
is most important to clients and candidates. When we approach this deeper understanding,
we are able to help both sides achieve their goals.

the best talent available working for them. The candidate is happy because he
