Understanding: Before we begin

Search and Screening: : In
this phase of the process we put our network to work for you. Ideally, we will
be able to identify several potential candidates in a short time. We then work
with these candidates to determine if your opportunity is potentially a good match
(in areas such as: skills, geography, compensation, availability) for the candidates'
needs. Our specialty experience allows us to evaluate candidates' background for
congruence with your needs. In addition, we use our understanding of your business,
and other intangibles, to determine the fit in your company's culture. In addition
to relevant skillsets, we focus on candidates' geographic preferences, compensation
needs, and intangibles to determine if each candidate moves forward in the process.
Presentation: When we are convinced that
a candidate is ready, willing and able to fill your position, we will present
the candidate to you.
Candidate Contact: We
will be as involved as you need us to be in the interview process, including scheduling.
Feedback: We will assist you with communicating
feedback to candidates.
Selection: We will work with you to
craft the best offer package for your selected candidate. We will assist you in
communicating the offer to the candidate, and in negotiating the terms.
References: We will work with you to provide reference checks.
In-between: We are always available to discuss your needs, even when you're not
ready to hire. We are in the marketplace all day, every day, and our insight can
be valuable as you consider your staffing options.
